Craft Festival Wales at Cardigan Castle 2024

 What a weekend we had here in Cardigan town.  Where to begin. This smart little town at the mouth of the river Teifi hosted Craft Festival Wales within the Castle grounds and around and about the town With a sculpture trail and exhibition of wonderful ceramics at Canfas and other venues visitors and locals had much to enjoy and absorb. Cardis possibly take the wonderful location of it's castle, river and bridge for granted but to visitors it must truly give the wow factor.  A great home for this event showcasing great and diverse craft. The festival trimmings were of an equally high standard with music throughout, talks, masterclasses, theatre and kids activities. Personally the kind,warm and positive vibes and comments were very touching. Meeting makers I have followed and admired from afar and getting to know them a little better. Seeing old friends from near and far.  Feeling emotional about it all.  

There is so much goodwill that goes into pulling a festival off and all involved deserve a thank you for a job well done.
